“Kay is an absolutely fantastic travel agent. I’ve used Kay to book our holidays for many years now. These have included all inclusive family holidays to couples getaways. She has always price matched and found the best option to suit our needs. Kay is very knowledgeable and thorough when booking your holiday and would highly recommend her to others who are looking for a travel agent. We have just booked our summer 2025 holiday with her.”

“We have used Kay at Designer Travel for many years now for booking so many of our holidays! She always delivers an excellent service from suggestions of where to go, to helping us figure out any paperwork such as visas/estas etc. Kay is so knowledgeable and has always got the customers best interest at heart. She listens to exactly what we want and is able to make the best recommendations. It's very clear Kay has been doing this for a number of years and I always feel so safe in the knowledge that when I book a holiday with Kay, I can phone her anytime at any point of the holiday, and she'll be there on the other end of the phone to help/put things right should anything be going wrong (travel delays etc) When I book a holiday with Kay it is the most stress free experience ever. All I have to worry about is what to pack! Kay takes care of EVERYTHING. I always recommend booking with a reputable company like Designer Travel and especially someone like Kay who has been a successful travel agent for a number of years. It just elevates the entire experience for me.”
